The innovative higher educational institution, the London School of Social Enterprise launches online short courses, executive courses, and master’s degrees’ programmes. This is contained in the press release by the institution’s media consultant, Linda Hareter on 14th July 2020.

The London School of Social Enterprise (LSSE) is an independent education institution established to advance the study of social enterprise. The LSSE provides outstanding knowledge, skills, and qualification – tailored towards individuals, businesses, and society. This is a new and modern approach that provides all students with an alternative career path in a growing sector, as well as the opportunity to develop practical business skills to tackle society’s challenges.

LSSE plays a fundamental role in knowledge creation and transformation of the social and economic environment, leading to the development of an economically and socially vibrant world. The institution educational programmes span master’s programmes, short courses, executive education, custom programme, online courses, research, conferences, and publications.

The institution supports the rural community through a community extension programme. The LSSE director, Hareter Babatunde Oralusi said, we understand that strong rural communities are vital to economic growth and that is why LSSE provides knowledge and connections for people to achieve capacity and career development within your local community. The Community Extension also directly impacts businesses and communities, we work with government, local community, voluntary, social enterprise and statutory organisations, helping develop ideas into projects, provide access to the start-up funding and help networks and communities of practice develop as we help citizens to become more skilled and committed to making the world in which to live and work, a better place.

The institution also announced a plan to open study centres in United Arab Emirates, Nigeria, and expand its academics partnership programme globally. The institution said that processes have been put in place to ensure that high standards are maintained for partnership programmes and that the student experience remains paramount.

The LSSE is responsible for the standard and quality of the awards made in its name and the quality of the programmes that lead to those awards. We work with education and commercial organisations to extend and enhance opportunities for students and organisations in the UK and globally.
