Prosperous Living Achievement Center Submits Application for 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant
The Prosperous Living Achievement Center (PLAC), dedicated to youth development and education, has announced its plan to apply for the Cohort 17, 21st Century Community Learning Center grant.
